Leadership Structure
Teacher Leadership Structure
- Convener – Oversees the entire program, ensures alignment with the vision, and liaises with partner universities.
- Head Patron – Supports the convener, supervises program execution, and guides the teacher team.
- Assistant Patrons (2-3) – Assigned to focus areas such as logistics or student support.
- Program Development Lead – Designs challenges, ensures content relevance, and integrates university resources.
- Logistics & Operations Lead – Manages venue, materials, and schedules (UNISERV).
- Media & Publicity Coordinator – Handles social media, press releases, and documentation (UNISERV).
- Student Engagement & Welfare Lead – Ensures student well-being and manages mentorship structures.

- Organizing Secretary – Maintains records, communicates schedules, and ensures smooth operations.
Committee Heads & Roles
- Stage & Event Manager – Handles stage setup, audio-visuals, and smooth event flow.
- Publicity & Outreach Coordinator – Promotes the event within the school.
- Timekeeper & Protocol Officer – Manages competition timing and maintains decorum.
- Key Stage Representatives – Represent Junior, Intermediate, and Senior levels for inclusivity.
- Innovation & Research Lead – Supports participants in refining presentations and creativity.
- Mentor Coordinators – Guide student mentors and ensure participants receive support.
